郑文辉,博士,开运体育app官网下载教授,“国家优秀青年科学基金”获得者,“福建省杰出青年基金”获得者,福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授、福建农林大学“金山学者”高层次人才(第一层次),博士生/硕士生导师;是农业农村部闽台作物有害生物综合治理重点实验室负责人(副职)。2013-2014先后在美国德克萨斯农工大学和新加坡国立大学淡马锡生命科学研究院访学。曾获福建省“优秀博士论文”、福建农林大学“金山学者”青年拔尖人才、福建省“高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划”;是Frontiers in Fungal Biology杂志评审编辑,中国植物病理学会会员,美国植物病理学会会员。先后主持福建农林大学“优博基金”、植物保护开运体育app官网下载特别资助基金、中国博士后基金(一等)、国家自然科学基金青年、面上、优秀青年基金等项目。以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在New Phytologist》、《PLoS Genetics》和《mBio》等知名刊物发表学术论文多篇。

 

研究兴趣

主要研究植物病原真菌(稻瘟病菌、镰刀菌)发育、侵染寄主的分子机制及寄主的分子免疫机制;研究囊泡在细胞内的动态转运机制, 包括胞吞、胞吐、正反向转运, 循环分拣等细胞学过程;研究囊泡转运和细胞自噬、效应子分泌的交互机理, 分析囊泡分拣转运机器对病原真菌发育及致病的作用机制。
